A double bedded ground floor room with no views and therefore priced to reflect this fact. Standard size double bed.

There are a couple of standard size rooms that are rear facing and therefore do not have sea views. One on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor.

Modern furnished room with 1 Tester bed (two poster). Large bathroom with wc, wash basin with electric shaver socket, jacuzzi bath with thermstatic shower. Large picture window with views over the garden, fields below, Porthmeor beach, St Ives and the Atlantic ocean to the horizon.

No two rooms are the same. Each room is individual, in size, shape and decor. The Majority of rooms have sea views which will be made clear when booking.

Private bathrooms with wc, wash basins, electric shaver points and baths (with thermostatic showers).

These rooms have an outlook which is over the garden, fields below and the Atlantic ocean to the horizon. Standard size double bed or twin bedded room on the lower-ground floor.
