Check In Screen

Room Rack Screen

Graphical room rack display for all room status and simply make check-in, check-out, edit, adding charges and etc. in one simple screen.  This is most powerful feature of ABS hotel management system, staff can easily pick up the system just in second.

Represent room status by different color coding, easy to have information for whole hotel room status like in house guest, today check in guest, today room have been reserve, availability of all type of room, the housekeeping needed and others.

In House Guest Screen

In house guests’ detail and color code of room status are show on “In House Guest Screen” with/without remark and any enquiry can remark on this screen. For example, we can remark the certain guest as VIP guest or other request like need to arrange transportation to airport. With this important guest information, hotel operator can provide better service and the higher satisfaction to the room guest and wish the guest to stay in the hotel again in future.

Check Out/ Post Charges Screen

There is few feature is this posting screen, cashier can post in charges like phone call, mini bar, extra bed and other chargeable services. Complete the whole room transaction and do printing of folio and receipt. With the feature of splitting the room folio, counter staff can do extra service for those guests who need to claim their bill from their company. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, traveller cheque or charge to City Ledger account.

Users Securities Maintenance

On “User Securities Maintenance” feature, hotel manager able to assign counter staff and supervisor system right with this control. Manager can monitor the counter staff activity and also can track the audit trial report for any abnormal amendment by the front counter. This is to avoid hotel owner suffering loss due to “missing“ room or money.
